1. Eligibility Conditions

Time Frame: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Our 24 Month Extended Warranty may apply to purchases by our members.

Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

2. Process Details

Initiating a Return: To return an item, please email our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with a instructions on how to send back the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

International Customers: Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

 

3. Refund Processing

Refund Method: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refund Approval:  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@sanggolcomfort.com.

Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

4. Shipping Costs

Responsibility for Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. However, certain refunds could be free of charge. We will confirm this

 

5. Exclusions and Exceptions

Non-returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, personalized items, and products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

Damaged and items not in its original condition: We do not accept returns of items that have been used, damaged not in their original condition or not in their original packaging.

 

6. Exchanges

Exchange Availability: We do not currently offer Exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

7. Warranty Information

10. European Union 3 day cooling off period

European Union Right to Cancel: Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
